I needed someone in my corner who I could trust, and I could not have contacted a better firm. In my time of need everyone there stepped up, and within a day they have my legal paperwork submitted. I felt at ease because everyone there were extremely knowledgeable, and kept me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

Frank Ariel’s firm gives very good services. They answered all my questions. I had another attorney before who did nothing for me. The difference between Frank and the other lawyer is going from 0 to a hundred on a scale of 0-100. Lety is very attentive and kind and helpful. They explained everything to me and kept me informed. I am very happy with the results they got me and I recommend them to all.

Any good reviews on them is a absolute lie and very misleading. They charged me for work that was never being done, my attorney was leaving their firm and they tried to cover up him leaving so I would loose the opportunity to choose to follow him, and were making it a huge deal to electronically sign paperwork to have him represent me at a different firm and also make a difficult run around on getting my all my case work and drafts. I was out of state and tried to mail me them and told me I could mail them to my attorney when mind you I had a upcoming court hearing in about 9 days. I was always getting a run around and it was odd the fact my attorney put in a 2 week notice and sent out a very professional email to notify me and tell me of my choices which were stay with the firm and get assigned a new attorney there, follow my attorney to a new firm, or go to a whole new firm. Not to mention when I left I had money left in my trust that was to be transferred to my attorney at his new firm, which mysteriously started to diminish after closing out with them. There were random invoices I get emailed on random charges that were never explained or for the simple fact needed due to the fact I left them. And now they came up with a large bill from no where for what they are claiming to be “professional services” and no break down or explanation. Which is very odd for the simple fact when I left what I had left was to be transferred and I stopped all my services with them and paid my bills on time. So there should be no reason for a one bill to be due, and two all of my money that was due to be transferred to my attorney in my trust to be touched for services I was unaware of or agreed too. If it was down to representing yourself or pick this firm, if I were you represent yourself. STAY AWAY!!!

Ariel was very professional and helped my mother get the most out of the settlement. This was my mother’s first time being in an accident where she was injured, and Ariel and his team made the process so smooth for my mom. Ariel is very professional and will fight your case to get you the best settlement. Definitely recommend this law group!

Random fees like $50 for mailing your bill every month!! Just let that sink into your decision. By far the worst decision I’ve made hiring this firm. All the good reviews are lies. They will rob you in plain sight and lead you to believe they will help. They called me multiple times just to get me hire the firm and gave a lower retainer fee which should’ve been a red flag. They got me with the retainer fee because it seemed affordable. When I called to say I wanted to use this firm , they then raised the retainer and I said that was not the amount that was emailed to me haha. They charge you a $50 mailing fee every month to mail you your bill when they email it to you. So every month they charge you that fee. I called and told them I didn’t need to have it mailed when it emailed and I can print out myself. They told me I’d be called back and never one e received a call about that but they can definitely remember to bill me and charge me. They never did the paper work I hired them for. Joel seem be to conspiring with the law firm representing the other party. I only say that because everything was in my favor and somehow I still didn’t get what I wanted done. He never went to court and I payed for nothing basically. They will run your retainer fee out in the first month and you’ll end up owing over a thousand ever month for emails and phone calls from them that you don’t need. They tell you put money in the trust fund and use stupid charges to run that out in minutes. I asked for Joel to get my attorney fees paid back because the other party was told by the judge to hire an attorney and have the paperwork done, he then made it seem like it was impossible when he said he can do it at the beginning. They’re not here to help anyone and will steal your money. Do yourself a favor and read the bad reviews because I didn’t at first. They all express the same thing I did. They had really bad reviews recently so uno they good reviews are fake. You will regret hiring this firm trust me. They ignore your emails and won’t call back unless you have money they can take from you on the spot. If you owe them money they will act as if you never hired them. This firm needs to be be shut down and action needs to be taken against this firm. They are not for the people. I want this firm to be shut down and pay for the false hope they feed to anyone that considers hiring them. This firm is modern day robbery. Read bad reviews and you will see what we all have in common. Hope this message reaches the you before you hire this firm. I will keep leaving bad reviews on here until they get shut down because I was robbed and fed false hope. SHUT THEM DOWN!!! $50 for a mailing fee every month when they email it. Definitely not a company that care about the environment or it’s clients. Good luck and hope this helps you decide to hire someone else. They literally sent another bill saying it was the last charge for the services. Remind you they never even went to court for me. I read other bad reviews that experienced the same thing! Do not trust one good review at all. I liked to get together with other clients and take action against this law firm!!!

I had a good experience with this law office. This was my first time experience with this law firm and with lawyers, period. I was treated fairly and professionally by all the lawyers and staff too. They are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a lawyer.
