I hired Claery & Hammond in the midst of an ugly custody battle with my abusive ex, who was now neglecting putting our infant son in dangerous situations, resulting in injuries after every visitation. He lied in court, and the judge had agreed to unsupervised visitation. I had lost all hope. I also had horrible experiences with my 3 previous attorneys. I hired Claery & Hammond the Friday before my Monday hearing. 15 minutes before they closed. They listened, worked together, and were up to speed on my very complex case in hours, developing (what would turn out to be) a very effective and efficient plan. These guys got me more results in 10 days than previous attorneys did in 2 yrs. Attorney Tim McArdle, was patient when listening to my (many) concerns, assertive when necessary with opposing counsel, and met deadlines I thought were impossible and facing monetary sanctions on. I was surprised to hear from Attorney Tim McArdle on weekends, Christmas Eve, and once past midnight, to ensure I’d meet a deadline or answer my question. I was surprised when he quickly earned my respect (at a time when I never wanted to see another lawyer again) & exceeded my expectations. Everyone did from Claery &Hammond. I got the feeling that everyone early on that they genuinely cared and wanted what was best for my 1 yr old son.a betterHe didn’t ask for any of this. Family law is tough, and it’s extremely hard to find honest, knowledgeable, and experienced attorneys willing to fight for you. Claery & Hammond, well...they are the rare exception. I never thought I’d EVER recommend ANY family law attorney after the previous experiences, but I’d recommend these guys in a second.

I was hit on my motorcycle in June. An associate from McGee Lerer & Associates witnessed my accident. They stopped and made sure I had everything taken care of regarding my immediate needs. They then followed up wit me the next day and helped me recover my losses from the accident. They did a terrific job and they were very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
