Think twice before having this people as your lawyers! So much to complaint about! You will never get a call from them to update you on your case! On top of that they get mad because you call them to get updates, & then the receptionist gives you attitude! Super RUDE! They tell you they will give you a call back which they NEVER DO! They told me the amount the opposite insurance was paying for the damage of my vehicle & i said I was not going to accept it because it did not cover the damage! I took them 2 estimates from different shops to prove them the price for the damage! And they did not care! Later i received a check from them paying me the amount that i clearly told them i was not accepting! Till this day, i have not received 1 call or letter from them telling if my case is closed!

Thank you to one of the representatives giving me a call, and fixing the issue. Things happen and I am excited to continue with this law firm. The fast response changed my thoughts! I contacted them 3 times in the last month and have not gotten a return call at all. For my first representation from a law firm this is absolutely ridiculous! Nobody returns my calls. I am so embarrassed I even started with this company.

After my accident, I didnt have much hope to the pain and loss I suffered. J&Y really helped me and my family finally put this whole thing behind us. Christian helped the closing of the case go as smooth as possible. I couldn't have asked for better representation.

I worked with J&Y Law Firm and specifically Yosi Yahoudai on few occasions and had a positive experience every time. The guys at J&Y have always been professional, transparent and easy to communicate with. Even though this was not an attorney-client relationship I can almost guarantee that whoever decides to use their services, will be treated with respect and professionalism.

Over all had a good experience in the beginning but idk what happened half ways it was a little bit of everything going in the wrong direction and frankly felt like I was being screwed over and taking WAY longer than expected. But ever since things have gotten better to where I'm seeing them actually make and effort to close my case and been making things less hectic and more calm for everyone. I was in a 4-car accident. I called J&Y to stop the harassing calls from the other insurance agencies. I was impressed by J&Y’s standards and professional staff so I contracted with their firm. I didn't originally see a doctor despite feeling pain after the accident. J&Y encouraged me to see a doctor. I received treatment from my PCP, a chiropractor, and had x-rays. Because my injuries were related to the accident, all the visits were billed as part of my personal injury case. J&Y staff worked hard negotiating the amounts with each provider to ensure that I received as much of the settlement as possible. J&Y received 4 stars because my assigned attorney stopped responding/communicating with me in the middle of the case. However, I reached out to the primary attorneys at the firm and Mr. Yahoudai coordinated services with me directly through completion of the lawsuit. Their staff is very dedicated to ensuring that their clients are satisfied and receive the best settlement possible.

Yosi and his team set great expectations from the beginning and were very aggressive when it came to dealing with the insurance company. I thought the entire process would take much longer based of horror stories I've read about other cases with different firms but to my surprise we we were done rather fast. I'll definitely refer them to any family or friends and I couldn't be happier.
