Worst Law Firm ever they called and said they had settled my accident case for over $12,000, so I was very disappointed and the Attorneys at me how much do I want, because they have to pay the Doctor's part of it. So I hung up the phone, because I never heard that one before I thought the Doctor's fees was part of the settlement. Then I called the Attorneys back and said can I get $5000.00 of the settlement and he said yes and mailed me a check for $5000.00, that settlement never set right with me. I started to make a complaint against them. Things don't seem right with that settlement! I was not requesting $5000.00, you asked me how much I wanted out of the $12,000.00 because you still had to pay the Doctor's that when I said just give me $5000.00. Than you called me and told me I was just supposed to get 1/3 of the $12,000.00. Would have offered you firm to take my case if I knew that. I have never heard of that before. I thought lawyers were supposed to get 1/3 not the clients.
