I’m giving them a 3 star for now because I’m trying my best to be very very patient.
My vehicle accident was in December 2018. I went from communicating to Jenny who is rude, very unprofessional and never responded to my calls... to Sarah who was I thought doing the same until I called and my case is being handled by Ingrid now. The Lawyer called me once briefly and till this day February 2020 still pending on my insurance. To be continued...

Jason and Yosi were super helpful from beginning to end. I’m a busy person and I was so glad that this law office is so experienced that they can handle the work with minimal face-to-face meetings. I’m glad they gave me the option to either come in to the office to discuss or to resolve the issue through phone, email and even text! They were always in control of the case and I’m super thankful for Ingrid too for the weekly check-in texts and calls.

I was very grateful for the help I received from j& y law firm, but as of late they have kind of dropped the ball coming to the end of my case. I've had issues getting in contact with them and we're at the end of my case. I appreciate the help but feel I would have been better off hiring a local attorney. They were good just not for me

I describe this experience with J & Y as very helpful. From the beginning of my accident they take care of me and I get the full amount from my vehicle damage.
