I was injured in a hit and run in January 2024. I tried to follow everything correctly, but then my insurance completely ghosted me. They would not return my phone calls, my emails, or really any form of communication. I reached out to J&Y and immediately after had me on a therapy schedule. This is the fourth accident I've handled with this team—no, it's not because I love getting into accidents! It’s just that when something like this happens (and of course, it's never been my fault), I always go back to them because they make me feel secure. Even though her part of the job sometimes ends before the case is completely resolved, she always makes sure to stay in touch, checking if everything is still going well or if any pain has come back. She’s super professional and patient, and when I talk to her on the phone, I never feel rushed. This team truly cares about their clients, something I've noticed in the little details, like receiving a card for Christmas or my birthday. They’re not like those typical accident lawyers who handle you quickly, cash in, and forget about you. With them, you feel genuinely taken care of. That’s why I keep coming back.

This place is awesome I was in an accident and they have been nothing but helpful and extremely kind They answered every question I asked and always responded immediately or in a timely manner.
