These ppl lied to me triing to get me to sign for penny's coasted me a car I still owe 9000 for and have no car because of waiting for them to dither job even the CEO lied to me and almost got my case closed now they are making me wait so the statue of limitations will come before I see anything

I was walking my dog on the sidewalk of a fairly active thorofare, got to a corner, looked both ways, saw no vehicles- began to cross and BAM!!!!! The car was turning corner, caught me in the back at the waist, my dog Joey ran across the street. I flew up in the air landed on the hood bounced off and onto the pavement. Quite a trick for a 67 year old man. Scraped up and bleeding, i was transported to a regional medical center. Where i stayed for 3 days. Miraculously, nothing broken but severe back pain.
