For me it started very slow ,bad communication between me and your gatekeeper and your assistance. Throws the end of the case, new people were put in place and things started to run smoothly ,better communication ,more professional, seems like they care about me and my case. In the beginning I reached out to my lawyer and to no avail I didn't get a chance to talk to him, as if some one was receiving his calls ,cause I have not received a call from him and I called several times, to tell him about my beginning experiences.

I was rear-ended and injured by a reckless driver, I ended up going back and forth with both insurance companies for one year, till I realized that I couldn't fight this battle on my own. My wife, and daughters were in a horrible accident, involving multiple cars and we're fortunate to have survived. Following the typical post - accident issues of who's at fault, which insurance would settle, etc...?
