An unacceptable amount of typos on documents leading to multiple revisions, unclear language and a lack of communication on next steps leads to constant back and forth and revisions. All resulting in more billable hours. Overall a bad situation is made more difficult by bad service.

Chris is a very smart transactional attorney. If there was some over entitled section 8 tenant that wants to say lots of bad things about him.... well.... consider that most section 8 people want every thing for free. I'm saying this as a guy that owned many apartments and was sued so many times that I decided to sell my properties just to get out of being sued for no reason.
