Levi helped me throughout my practice sale. The process of a sale can be extremely stressful and complicated and I couldn't have done it without Levi's guidance. He is very experienced, efficient, and has the client's best interest in mind during negotiations. I would recommend him to any dentists who need legal advice on lease negotiation and practice transition/acquisition.

So far not a positive experience. The negative reviews are accurate. The only time you are allowed to speak with a lawyer is BEFORE you sign the retainer. After you sign, you are assigned a case manager who is not a lawyer. This person decides your legal strategy. This seems to suggest my case will drag on forever. The fees are much higher. They applied high pressure for me to leave my other attorney. They led me to believe they could do a much better job. Once I signed, I was assigned a case manager. She is not an attorney. She explained that, no, they will not be doing anything different than my last attorney. I was hit by a car while riding my bike. I was left permanently crippled. However, this law firm cannot do any of the necessary requirements to follow through.Communication stops after you sign. No lawyer contacts you after the retainer is done.
