Banasfhe law firm has been horrible . I’ve received very little information from them and I am always the kne that had tk call them to find anything out . Most of the time they have no answers for me . They tell me they will call me back and I have never geard back from them . I still know nothing about whTa glibber on with my case and it’s been 18 months and no info .I agree with the other person that stated they think they prolong the case so they can get a higher percentage for themselves . This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with I’ve had lawyers before and was never kept in the dark like this . This is unacceptable . I will not recommend them to anyone .

Last December (2022) I had the unfortunate luck to be involved in a vehicle accident, as I was being transported via ambulance to the hospital, I began to wonder how I was going to deal with the politics of insurance companies? Contacting Banafshe Law was by far the best option, not only I was given an Amazing Case Manager in Josie but the whole staff was very attentive to me. When I finish my treatment, the Attorneys were happy to begin negotiating with the other insurance company. But a few months later I was involved in another accident in which I was hit by an un-insured driver, not understanding my policy, I took all docs to Banafshe Law again and they help me also with this new incident.
