Attorney Raymond Sarraf is amazing. From day one, his office and himself have been very efficient! They contact you every step of the way and you don't have to worry about anything! I highly recommend their services

The phone call that convinced me to sign on with this office was great but it all went downhill quickly after. I have not been updated whatsoever in the 4 months they have had my case. I have called to speak to my rep several time and never got a call back and the one time I did she had no idea what was going on with my case. I spoke to her supervisor Gerry and he was the worst. He spent the entire conversation talking over me and literally said he would have rather have had my rep not waste her time calling me if there was no update. He was rude and condescending and when I asked to speak to someone else he said he was the only one I could talk to. This is a HUGE disappointment as I switched from one law firm that left me in the dark to what seems like another office that doesn’t care about the client, only the money they’ll make off of them.

Raymond Sarraf and his staff is excellent!!! He makes you feel like family during the consultation. He put my mind at ease from beginning to end and he assured me that he was going to get the best outcome possible and that he did!! They are awesome and professional!!!

They've been dealing with my case for about 2 years. They've always treated me with respect and has put me with expert doctors and I feel I'm being heard regarding my concerns with the case. I'll give an update when it's finally resolved.

I was involved in a hit and run car accident, so I contacted the Banafshe Law Firm. I was then connected with Attorney Assistant Ashley Ponce, who was a godsend. Ashley was very patient, compassionate, helpful and assertive in walking me through my entire claim/case. The insurance company I had at the time was very dishonest, stressful and non-compliant in meeting my necessary needs for my case. Ashley Ponce took charge, and made sure that everything that was needed to meet my claim's needs was taken care of. Ashley took a very difficult and stressful experience and turned everything around for the good. I am truly grateful for her professionalism and expertise, without Ashley the beautiful outcome could have been a nightmare. Highly recommend! Raymond took care of me personally as well as his lovely staff. They were thorough, straightforward, and went to war for me! My case was successful because of their diligence, communication, and knowledge. I didn't feel like a number. I felt like a person who matters.

I had an intake person from this firm contact me about my injury case. We signed paperwork the following day. I thought that was a binding contract. Apparently my case was too complicated, actually it was a workers comp case they didn't want to take. They tried to pawn me off on some no name attorney who never contacted me. I contacted another attorney who has taken my case and starting the process. They need to ask better questions when taking in new clients as to not waste anyones time. There used to be a thing called the Professional Code of Conduct.

Raymond Sarraf is the absolute best when it comes to getting you what you deserve and then some! After my car accident I contacted Raymond's Law Office and they immediately got the ball rolling. It everything was a process but Raymond made it worth it due to his great communictaion and brute honesty. There wasn't a question he didn't answer and Rose from the Law Office did an amazing job backing him up whenever he wasn't available. Rose consistantly kept in touch just as much as Raymond and gave me frequent updates of my case. When Raymond says he gonna do something he's going do it and do it great. His extensive knowledge in this business is immaculate and very trusting. I recommend not anyone but EVERYONE get in contact with this man and his Law Office if you need a super team to back you up!
