Scott does a great job of taking care of my legal issues, so I can focus on my Property Management business. I had an issue with a person that had purchased a building from me, and then many months later tried to make an issue that there was a problem with the 2nd floor of the building. We disclosed all in Escrow, but this person still tried to make an issue of it, and Scott quickly and efficiently took care of the issue. This is just one of the cases that Scott handled. His advice is extremely valuable and has certainly helped me make my business more successful.
