Calling Banafshe law firm was one of the best phone calls I have ever made. I was in an auto accident from a hit and run driver on the freeway and then I was hit by other cars and a semi truck. I was pretty beat up, My eardrum ruptured on impact and I was diagnosed with post traumatic concussion syndrome are just a couple of things that left me in no condition to be able to make sure that my Insurance company was going to be honest and not going to leave me injured and broke! They help me negotiate the value of my vehicle when my auto insurance was lowballing me, they spoke with my personal health insurance company to make sure I wasn’t left with expensive medical bills, they took care of all the tedious stuff that I wouldn’t have known about to protect myself and they made sure the Insurance company did the one thing they are supposed to which is to take care of us at times when we need it most! I had a rather complex slip and fall case, with significant injuries sustained. The hotel refused to cooperate with a medical claim.
