I have used Mike's services for contract negotiation/drafting as well as law suits. In all cases I've been very pleased with the outcome. For the contract negotiations Mike made himself available for frequent and often last minute meetings as required to get the deal done. He showed an eye for detail in reviewing the contract terms and provided good suggestions to overcome issues with the other party. He turned around analyses and re-drafts typically within a day. Every deal he has worked on with my company has successfully closed. With regards to the lawsuites Mike has worked on, he has shown that his philsophy is to settle the matter as soon as possible and minimize all costs including legal.
