Have a pending case at beginning the firm handled my case very professional but as time went by it seems that the party responsible for the lost of my mother's case don't have any assets to proceed and i was told more than eight months now that they were in the process of getting a private investigator and according to the staff they did but now I'm been waiting for my case to be close asap for now than more than six months now since the firm receive the results of not proceeding with the party responsible due to no assets to presuit. The issue is that my case has been open for one and a half years now to collect a small claim less than 20k. Since my case has been open I must of received follow-up phone calls from the staff maybe seven times and that is because I need to called and email the staff for pending status if I don't call them I would never get a follow-up phone call with the status of my case.
