Sternberg Law Group went beyond the service we expected, the whole group kept us informed daily if we had questions they answered our questions we had, they made it very easy communicating with them especially now with this pandemic. I met Josh about five years ago when I was going through a foreclosure. Josh is kind, flexible, knowledgeable, resourceful, and professional. Having a pending foreclosure is no walk in the park. Our family was facing a sale date, and other attorneys were unable to provide any help. I found Josh online using a Google search, and we met the same week. After hearing him speak and tell me his strategies, I knew instantly this was the attorney to help save our family home from foreclosure. Josh negotiated a loan modification. The loan modification was for five years. The rate we locked in, in 2016 was 3%. On August 1, 2021, my rate is scheduled to go to 7.2%. I have kept in touch with Josh over the years. In 2019 we corresponded and talked briefly about the perfect time to refinance the home loan. Here we are exactly five years later, and Josh is here again, providing invaluable guidance, assistance, and support. If there is something out of his area of specialty, he knows who to contact.
