I have the good fortune of having worked with Stan for over 14 years both in the business as well as personal work Stan is extremely detailed, dilagent, and a bulldog for his clients. I appreciated all the extras that he provides making sure the right decision is made. I can honestly say he is seldom wrong. I would strongly recommend Stan Imerman if you need legal representation or council. He is truly the best of class in LA.

Stanley Imerman is a brilliant attorney who pursued truth, fairness and justice in a case in which I was involved. The subject was a very close family friend whom I have known forever. She fell prey to a scam of elder abuse when she was about 80 years old. . It is complicated but a man who she adopted in his late 30's after her husband died, convinced her to adopt him (even though he had parents). The "adopted son" convinced her to buy an apartment for him on Wilshire, fund efforts to become a singer and then training to become a pilot, among other things. He also convinced her to turn against my husband and me, and her relatives, thereby renouncing all contact with us. Stanley Imerman stood firm in this case with the highest of ethical standards and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend him again and again.

Mr. Imerman represented me in a business contract negotiation with a very difficult person. He was knowledgeable, firm, but not so stern that we couldn't come to terms. He is professional yet personally engaging and kind.

Stanley's service have been invaluable for handling my estate planning after a divorce and then again after a remarriage. He is knowledgeable and caring. All of his legal services have been performed with the utmost integrity.
