Update!! DONT THINK TWICE, HIRE HIM!! this guy is an angel!! He’ll go above and beyond for you. I have finally recived my green card only because of berch. This is my comment when he first saved my future in the US. I have been Mr Agopoglu's client for over 3 years, he is taking care of my Immigration case (in Immigration court). In the field nice & knowledgeable people are almost extinct, The Agopoglu Law Firm stands just like a small island in the middle of vast ocean where predators are everywhere. It might sound like a commercial but I can't really explain how helpful they were. I was almost losing hope in my case after having my previous Lawyer fired for not doing anything but just collecting my money and convincing me on the phone when things got more and more complicated. Berc is a wonderful Lawyer. Wise, attentive, inspiring, enthusiastic and insightful.He has also helped accelerate the process for my case. The Agopoglu Law Firm, was an answer to our prayers. After so many bad experiences with fraudulent despicable people. It was a relieve to find someone honest and hard working as them. Berc Agopoglu, took on my parents immigration case, which was on a deportation proceedings. My parents were arrested by ICE and release later with constant supervision. Berc filed a motion to reopen their case, which was already closed. The chief counsel on the case was not aware that my parents had an approved petition of sibling, which will let them adjust their status. After a long waiting process and the constant follow ups from the Agopoglu Law Firm. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in a joint motion decided to reopen and dismiss the deportation proceedings to allow my parents to pursue their adjustment of status. Now my parents are on a path to legalization and within time citizenship. I could not be more grateful and pleased with the time and effort The Agopoglu Law Firm dedicated to my parents case.
