In 2009 I was seriously injured in a rear end collision on the 5 Freeway by a car that hit me at full speed. I was out of it and a friend recommended me to Jason Javaheri. It was a horrible time for me and he was very concerned about my health and well-being. He represented me well and I received a very good settlement and was treated by excellent doctors. I needed him again two years later. In 2011 on Thanksgiving night after leaving my mom's house, my wife and I were rear ended at a red light by a car who didn't stop. We were both hurt and I called Jason immediately and he took control and got us through it. My wife needed surgery and my problems were exacerbated. The other party's insurance company really tried to intimidate us, but Jason was smart and tenacious and again we received a very good settlement and excellent treatment. If you want the best this is it. Mr. Javaheri fought tirelessly for my case and in the end won the case with a settlement twice what I thought we would get.
