I'm a Dentist in San Diego, I worked with Mr Levi Barlavi during the purchase of my first dental practice. Purchasing a Dental practice or any medical entity is a stressful and complicated task, you will need to surround your self with a team of experienced professionals to avoid falling in traps or legal issues. Levi was not only a great Lawyer but a friend and a great listener. I cannot imagine my self coping with all that stress without him being by my side. By giving his legal advice, drafting agreements, negotiating lease terms and sharing his network of connections I was able to make my dream come true without any regrets. Levi Barlavi is the consummate professional. I don't know how many clients he has, I'm sure he has a lot (deservedly so), but he gives you so much personal attention, he makes you feel like you're his only client. Other attorneys in this niche might make you communicate through their legal assistants. This leads to a lot of miscommunication. It did for me, and that's why I switched to Levi from some other guy (who ended up taking it really personally, unfortunately). I had a really good experience with Levi and Pacific Health Law Group. Levi will patiently walk you through the steps of a practice acquisition and be in your corner from start to finish. He's very thorough, an excellent communicator, and will look out for your interests and your interests alone. He has a lot of experience in this field, and it really showed. March 23, 2017 I was accused of vehicle manslaughter . I was consulted by another attorney that the attorneys at "Eisner & Gorin" would gladly help me. When I first got there I met Allen and Dmitry . From the moment I met them both ,they had given me a good impression, as they already knew about my case and explained to me thoroughly why I got this charge. With that I instantly knew they were going to have my back so I hired them that very moment. Alan was the one that focused on my case, we kept in contact about 2 times a week to see how things were going. He kept giving me settlements that the prosecutor would give him to settle the case but he kept advising me what was best. We ended up going to trial. Throughout the trial Allen fought long and hard for me to disprove the charges that were given to me. This lasted for about 3 weeks. Allen was able to disprove what the prosecutors were trying to prove and was able to get the jury to give me the Not guilty Verdict.

There are not enough good things that I can say about Alan and team. For starters, Alan is a good guy, which I honestly don’t think you can say about every attorney. He truly cares and is committed, and is a just a pleasure to work with. By the time the trial was over, I actually felt like I had made a friend and it hadn’t just been a business transaction. That said, of course the reason you hire a defense attorney is to defend you. And Alan did just that. Through a strange course of events, my best friend was facing some heavy allegations, and was up against none other than the federal government, who was doggedly not backing down. This really was a case of David and Goliath, and Alan heroically won the battle. He was completely versed in the case and the law, he left no stone unturned, and he presented the defense case with a clarity and confidence that convinced the jury that the only way justice could be served was to dismiss the charges against my friend. Going through the trial was stressful for all of us, but Alan helped ease that by having the confidence and experience he did. He worked with us as partners. We always felt like we were in good hands. I really am truly amazed at, and entirely grateful for, how he fought, and won, this trial. The outcome was actually even better than anticipated. It’s because of lawyers like him that truth and justice prevail.

This sale did not include brokers or escrow which required Levi to work out ALL details. Levi provided legal counsel, business advice and resources to help with the purchase of the practice as well as the initial start of the business.
