They were very professional and polite on the phone and began working on my defense the same day. A motion was filed the same afternoon I called the firm. Robert, Dmitry, and Alan worked extremely hard to bring me justice and were able to assuage a lot of my fears throughout the duration of my case. They were able to knock down my punishment to a misdemeanor, which will be expunged from my record this upcoming fall. I happen to come across Eisner Gorin LLP online and found out that Dmitry and his team are a very reliable group of people. This team works day and night, they are simply outstanding and have been nothing but the best for me.

A verbal conflict with my wife in Santa Monica ended in a push in front of a CCTV and me being arrested for domestic violence with felony charges. After my wife posted bail and I was released from jail, my wife and I contacted many of the “24 Hours Lawyers Hotlines”, but nobody returned our calls with the exception of the law firm Eisner Gorin. Dmitry Gorin agreed to meet same day, on a Saturday evening interrupting a family event. He briefed us what supporting documents we need to provide and what actions to set to mitigate the situation. Together with his team Robert & Narine they managed to reduce the charges from felony to misdemeanor almost immediately. After some discussions between “Eisner Gorin” and the district attorney the DA decided not to file a court case and they formally rejected the charges against me.
