As an landlord in Los Angeles I've had a few great tenants, some okay tenants and some bad tenants. It was not until my first nightmare tenant that I contacted Christopher Hook. I'm so glad I did! He was extremely professional in all of his dealings with me and my tenants attorney. Mr. Hook helped me document my tenants history of scamming landlords with ridiculous claims to get them to settle for large sums of money. Thanks to Mr. Hook I was able to legally evict my tenants for lying on their rental application and minimize the destruction of my property. Christopher gave me great advice along the way. He is highly ethical, honest and fair. I would recommend him with full confidence to any one who is in the middle of a landlord-tenant dispute.
