No one likes to feel backed into a corner by a landlord, but Aaron was there to listen to my concerns. He was able to bring clarity to my sublet agreement and concerns for habitability. There was no trying to sway me in one direction or another when he was presented different options that I could take to move forward in resolving my concerns. Resolving disputes in the simplest form is usually the way to go, but I wanted to make sure I had something in my back pocket that was solid if I wanted to move forward with something legally. I'm so thankful I reached out and wished I did it sooner to save such a headache. Also, it was such a speedy reply, everything from first phone conversation, documents sent/reviewed, and a second phone conversation happened in 24 hours.
