An unacceptable amount of typos on documents leading to multiple revisions, unclear language and a lack of communication on next steps leads to constant back and forth and revisions. All resulting in more billable hours. Overall a bad situation is made more difficult by bad service.

I called Alex as soon as I got my Loi to be sure it was the best loi I could get. He was able to help me negotiate the best terms and then helped me through lease negotiations. I was able to get a lease both my broker and I were impressed with. This is my best experience with an attorney.
