I purchased a ford escape which ended up being a lemon. After a few major mechanical failures I began a search for legal advice and was told by multiple lawyers that my case was not strong nor worth while and there was not much I could do. This lemon law firm takes things seriously, the customer service is excellent, they listen to your problem and really try to solve it in the best possible way, I started my case before the covid 19 pandemic and the process was very slow, but finally as soon as the courts were working again my case could be resolved and I am very happy with the results thanks to Clem Torres who was always on the lookout and Crystal Rivas who was patient to finalize this case, if anyone has a case of lemon law and you have doubts about where to start, if you got this far, you are with the correct law firm.
