Felony dismissed and arrest sealed! Boom! Homerun!

I called Kevin because was I desperate. He came very highly recommended, but I knew he was out of my price range. I had a warrant that was keeping me from getting a very good job. I called him anyways. I explained to him my situation. He paused on the phone for like 30 seconds and said he would take my case even though I couldn’t pay his retainer. I was shocked. Heaven sent! I cried in court when the VERY next day after I called him, he got the entire case dismissed! I thought I was dreaming!

I needed Kevin to get me off probation. Nothing too crazy but I had a very lucrative job that I was offered, but I needed to be off probation (felony probation). The district attorney objected and she was telling the court all these things about me and my rap sheet. Kevin fought back. He was a killer in court and got me off probation. DA was not happy. Too bad so sad. If you need a fighter in the courtroom, you will want Kevin there.

Kevin aint cheap but you get what you pay for. I shopped around a little and had other attorneys wanting to take my case for half the price. I was REALLY tempted to go with the cheaper route, but the person who referred me to Kevin (a family lawyer) said, “if I get raided, I am calling Kevin.” Even though he was expensive, it was worth it. Not only did he do a great job for me, I called him on his cell after hours, weekends, and he was always very responsive. I would happily refer him to someone facing time from the DA’s office.

Kevin and his staff worked tirelessly on my case for 2 years! They wanted me in prison for 8 years and instead got a little probation and some community service.

Saved me from losing my real estate license by getting the case dismissed! I owe him everything!

The reason I am writing this review when I usually don’t write reviews is because after getting to know Kevin over the course of my case, I realized he is a very much under the radar lawyer. He doesn’t promote himself or show off. He is stealthy and effective. Thinks quickly on his feet and knows how to negotiate. Excellent lawyer and good guy. Highly recommend. I am writing this review to let the world know because I know he won’t.

My brother was facing serious felony charges. Other attorneys weren’t getting anywhere and we asked a prosecutor friend of ours what to do. We figured the prosecutor knows a good defense attorney since they see them every day. Kevin was magnificent. He filed motions other lawyers said we couldn’t and he completely cracked the case open. We owe so much Kevin. Thank you!

Highly recommend Kevin as criminal defense attorney. Never thought I'd find myself in need of a criminal defense attorney. With no idea where to begin, I hired another attorney who was terrible & ended up getting me arrested on ridiculous charges due to their offices negligence. Kevin not only recovered the case, he was able to have it dismissed before trial. It took nearly a year because the prosecution wouldn't budge. Kevin stayed firm & had a solid grasp on the situation.
