I am astonished my sister was referred to this law firm. I was very disappointed in the way my sister’s case was handled with Stephen Blaker. He gave up on her case and was very discouraging. Though her case was not simple, he was very stubborn with his approach to obtaining the visa she wanted. (Other lawyers have said that there were different approaches they would take). He was not respectful or understanding with any part of this situation. Talking to him I believe was a waste of her time in receiving an opinion on a time sensitive case. Simply put, Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp lacks professional and customer service skills— would not recommend.

Great litigation team.

They forced me to get assylum and then they throw me at a homeless shelter and then 6 years later the injustice center of Colorado take my child away and put him for addoption. because I was hited and assulted and insulted by a gay hispanic rider at Uber in Denver and then the hispanic Sherif officer ignored it and insteade they punished me . God bless America , I have been tremendously blessed in America.

Seppi and I had a tough case on our hands when I hired him. Fortunately he had plenty of experience dealing with the nature of cases like mine and was also understanding of my financial situation. By pointing out flaws in the system that were working against us during trial, we were able to prepare a strong defense and I received verdicts of Not Guilty. Had I not brought him on, I definitely would not be free to type this review! Highly recommended.

NOT only a TOP NOTCH service... but MOST importantly, Jorge Guerrero and Seppi Esfandi are TOP NOTCH PEOPLE. I was in a truly terrible situation and had called SEVERAL law firms who offered me no hope and also were MORE interested in money than my personal situation. When I called the Law Office of Seppi Esfandi.... I spoke with Jorge... and IMMEDIATELY knew I was with the right people. Jorge was very compassionate and reassuring that Seppi would do the best job possible. Not only did he do the best job but he has gone and continues to go ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty for me. He was able to negotiate my deal down from a felony to a misdemeanor... he could have had my case ultimately dismissed but because of my familial duty as a father... I took the deal and he understood why and was supportive and compassionate. Throughout the 8 month process, he was extremely accessible to me.. very thorough and HONEST. He would not sugarcoat and give me a false sense of security, he was upfront.... made me feel at ease because this is my life that was in the balance NOT only for myself but for my children. In addition, he literally SAVED my employment as this deal that I took put me at risk of losing said employment... he was always checking in on the current status of the situation.. when I advised that it was not looking good and my employers were leaning towards relieving me of my duty.. he IMMEDIATELY stepped into action and wrote a stellar and glowing letter on my behalf to submit to them. When the day came to find out what would happen regarding employment situation.. they let me know that they were leaning towards letting me go but what changed their mind to at least speak to me face to face before making a final choice???... Seppi's Letter. Seppi - with my hand over my humble heart... THANK YOU. THANK YOU for not only saving my livelihood but my children's as well because at the end of the day, he knows and knew that it was all about them. I can honestly say that I have a friend in Seppi... I want everyone to know that Seppi helped me immensely in my situation. It was a situation that truly never should of happened and even though it did he showed me the way. He was able to get a full dismissal in my case and I will forever be greatful. One of the things that stood out to me was that I could always reach him no matter what time it was. In the past I have dealt with lawyers in a child custody case. They never responded quickly, once they finally did they wanted to know about there next payment. Seppi was the exact opposite and really made me feel like I was going in to court with a friend I had grown up with. It is with this in mind that I would 100% recommend him to a family member, friend, or anyone I’m in reading this to hire him as your criminal defense lawyer. He's just a hell of a guy who really cares, and that extremely rare in his line of business.

They might have good lawyers but one of my experience with them made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I was invited to the proxy meeting of a company to vote. There were 7 people in the meeting room, I was the only shareholder. I went through a security check with two security officers which I believe is necessary. However, I soon realize I was the only people among these 7 people who actually went through it, which made me feel isolated, humiliated, and even discriminated. Especially as a minority and non native speaker, that feeling is bad. I understand and agree that since they do not know me, they want to do the security check. However, I do not know any of these 6 people as well, so I believe everyone in the meeting shall go through it to be fair and make everyone including me feel secured. These are just some personal experience to share.

I had a situation where I was facing some serious time. The charges would have ruined my life. Seppi came through for me and now it's not a problem. Very grateful.
