I'll like to thank Seppi Esfandi and his team for doing an excellent job on my case. I have been charged with a Felony DUI and was involved in a horrible car accident. It was looking really bad for me, most lawyers I spoke with were telling me I was looking at 10+ years in prison. But Seppi Esfandi gave me a chance and thanks to to him i'll be serving a minimal prison sentence. He managed to drop some charges and ended up getting me a deal of 2 years at 50 percent in a low security prison. He's a great lawyer and I would strongly recommend him.

Seppi Esfandi was the best! Two years ago, he predicted the outcome we needed in court and worked to resolution without fail. Today DMV is still making the same mistakes and Sean, his assistant, accomplishes dealing with DMV without missing a beat. These two work as a true compliment to the client's benefit.

I was arrested last Oct. for three felonies from the result for a family member having a conflict of how I managed my parents finances. The care I gave them for the last 20-30 years were not the issue. But because of this Seppi sat down and took time with me to understand the family dynamics and once he realized the situation he worked with me for 10 to 12 months to get a fair plea from the DA, It was worked out through patience a fair statement, of 1year deferred sentencing, for 1 felonies to be a misdemeanor after 200 hours of community services. There also was some restitution but that was not required to be paid before that year, Also probation, but no jail time. Which was great short of going to court and being totally dismissed which he was will to do even though his fee would not be increased. I decided to take this plea because I didn't want to go to trial if it was something I could live with. I Thank him for his help and arranging to make this a possible solution.

Seppi Esfandi is a great lawyer. I had a private issue that he was able to get dismissed in court. The skill that is needed to be a good lawyer, he has. I would recommend seppi to anyone who has to hire a criminal lawyer.

Unfortunately I got in trouble and needed a lawyer. When I called the law offices of Seppi Esfandi, they were quick to make an appointment with me, which I found very comforting. They asked when I was available and I went in. He listened to my story, asked me details about my background and what happened. Then he told me what he could do for me. When he was telling me what he could do to help me out, I already knew that I was going to hire him, because he was asking me questions that other lawyers hadn't asked me. I walked into that office hoping that he would be able to get my charges reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. He was able to get my case dismissed before it even went to court. If I had any questions about my case, he was always available to answer. I would definitely recommend Seppi Esfandi to anybody, he really knows what he's doing. He exceeded all of my expectations!
