Terrible firm... Avoid at all costs. Sub par attorneys that think they're exceptional yet provide an embarrassing level of service. I'll go out of my way the rest of my time on this planet to make sure NO ONE chooses to work with Venable and it's trash attorneys. If you enjoy lighting your hard earned dollars on fire, and working with fragile, ego maniac attorneys then this is the firm for you. Otherwise, don't walk, run away!

I was referred to Mr Gres by a friend. My safebox was freeze in 2020 due to the person I added to give access. Me Gres vowed that my case was within his scope and I felt for because it was such a stressful time for me. I paid for 10 hrs and I received info twice at the beginning everything else became Chasing calls and texts with no answers every few months. He did reply once after to set up a 5 minutes call which he was not ready for. He said he needed to check the records and yet still have not receiving anything. Its been 3 years and this is still unresolved for me. I texted a few months ago updating that I received a letter from bank that there was nothing left in my box, it was drilled a month after the reeeze. I wanted to get to the bottom of this and with no responses from Mr Gres, In asked for a breakdown of the prepaid costs and still have not heard back! I am not much of a reviewer and I want people to hear. Please do your own due diligence before hiring a lawyer!

Litigants BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!! Don't EVER use this firm or "judge" Joyce Fahey. This firm and Joyce Fahey don't care about fairness, truth, or the LAW. All they care only about taking your money by dragging their feet just to add time to useless hearings that you pay for by the hour. Stay away from SIGNATURE RESOLUTIONS and JOYCE FAHEY if you don't want to get screwed. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because ZERO wasn't an option.
