Totally disappointed with David Serwer lawyer. Unprofessional, rude, arrogant. He was only interested in being paid. He made a very bad work which made me lose my visa. He never gave me any update during my case but was constantly asking for more money when I had already paid before starting my case 12 thousand dollars. Just avoid him at all costs

Run from this place. I’ve worked with a few attorneys before. Usually on The first call they can provide you some sort of clarity on how to approach the situation. They were of no help and made me feel useless. “Their response was I cannot provide you any information unless you hire me as your attorney” why would I pay you a 7500 retainer with a 450 hourly rate straight joke.
