A TRO was entered against me in Santa Monica. I reached out and spoke with Arash. He said he was very familiar with my type of case and had dealt with similar cases in the recent past. After two exchanges I felt Arash could dig me out of this legal hole. Arash was very quick to reply to my communications and I always felt he knew my case inside and out. I never had to remind him or “catch him up” on any pertinent information. Arash appeared in court on my behalf multiple times. He also maintained communications with opposing counsel throughout the process. Soon after hiring Arash I went from the defendant in a civil case to having the legal leverage to put the plaintiff on the defensive. In the end, the TRO was withdrawn and we were able to get the opposing party to adhere to many of our demands. The case was dismissed within three weeks.
