I had an outstanding experience working with Omar Bengali. After interviewing a dozen different lawyers it was easy to choose Omar because of his quick understanding of the situation, his confidence to settle my case without over promising, and his clear and efficient communication style. Since the day I first consulted with Omar and Robert I felt a sense of ease and confidence. In that call, and every other thereafter, they conveyed understanding and compassion. Oftentimes, attorneys get a bad rep because 8 out of 10 times, they are watching the clock, getting ready to bill you before you hang up the phone while giving you boilerplate advice. Similar sentiment if one is working on contingency. While money is important, what's worse is that you have just been betrayed by your former employer and are doubting everything and everyone. Anxiety levels remain high while your former employer is bullying you and trying to scam you from what is rightfully yours. You don't know where to look and whom to talk to. In the meantime, you are interviewing or hiring an attorney that "seems fine", may even have a nice website but in reality has no clue because their answer to any specific question is "let me research this and I'll get back to you". Omar from day 1 has been very attentive to our issues. He amazed me how he listened to what my issues where and then converted that in to a document which on the first pass was 98% accurate. 2% was what I misspoke :). He is very good about setting expectations and delivering on that. He is not the type who will overstate to get your business. If you want someone who can win but also will ensure you understand your rights and what is realistic, Omar is your man. I hope that I never need him but if I did, I would hire him again. Employers have a ton of respect for him and they respond to him with realistic offers. Thanks Omar and be blessed.

I met Omar about two years ago. He helped me with a case I had for wrongful termination and he worked hard for me he made sure that I was going to be taken care of! He always showed me that his best interest was in my favor! He worked really hard and gave me updates on everything that was going on. He never left me out the loop instead would call me every step of the way. He is amazing as a lawyer! He not only worried about the lawyer side but when I had my daughter checked on us to see how everything went. He’s honestly just a all around amazing person.
