What can I say? Hart Levin and his team are great and honest attorneys. Unfortunately, I am a repeat client of Hart and can say that with each experience he gains more and more of my trust and confidence. I have used him for both a DUI and a criminal case. Most recently, Hart and his team helped me in a felony case and fought diligently to have it dropped to a misdemeanor with very minimal conditions. I felt my life was over and after talking with Hart I felt better and knew he didn't judge me or wasn't taking my case just to get paid. This guy really cares about his clients. He will not tell you what you want to hear and make promises for any outcomes. Indira is very helpful with working with you and the payment plan. Thank you Hart and Matthew. You guys are amazing! Absolutely would choose again! From the first phone call, he explained how the process of a case would go, and followed up every time. Did not have much faith in the legal system and originally chose not to pursue legal help (you get put in a tight spot when you feel all odds are against you to become another unfortunate statistic), but he made sure I still had a fighting chance even after having waited for a while before doing so. At the end, he fought hard and had the case completely dismissed! Couldn't have asked for a better person to represent me! Make sure to at least give him a chance. Best decision I ever made!

Our family hired Hart for a difficult legal case recently. From the first day we called him he was completely engaged and helped us understand everything that was involved in the case. I was charged with a DUI in January of 2020 before the pandemic hit, this was the first legal problem I have ever encountered in my life and was completely lost in regards of how to deal with it, the process, and what would happen after. I can say without a doubt I would not have gotten through this without Hart and his team's help. Not only was he incredibly responsive and effective in getting me a desirable outcome in the criminal case, he was also able to help me get through the DMV case and the steps to get me back to a normal life during the process. My felony charge was reduced to a misdemeanor and was given credit for the jail time I was faced with. I can not recommend his services enough, he and his team are the definition of incredible.
