Although my case took longer than originally promised the outcome was surprising. He took the time to explain in detail where the disbursements of funds were going. He listened patiently to questions & concerns I had and understood them answering all of them to my satisfaction. After informing me of the final cash settlement he called with unexpected news the next day awarding me even more.
