My sister got pulled over for speeding and got into legal trouble related to drug possession. She was being arrested. I made multiple phone calls and everyone directed me to David Chesley. David took my call at 8:00 pm which is uncommon for most lawyers I called whose phones were going to voicemail. He was able to answer everything and explain all matters to me thoroughly, reassuring me that we would be able to work through the case. In the end, he got a deal where my sister was sent to a rehabilitation program and upon completion of the program she was able to have the charge was dismissed from her record. It was a turning point in her life that’s for sure. Great service from David. I highly recommend him.

David is an extremely competent, knowledgeable and confident attorney who exemplifies professionalism and what it means to go to bat for your client. I cannot emphasize enough just how very impressed, and ultimately grateful, I was with with his services and representation in the matter of my case. I was charged for shoplifting at a Nordstrom's store in January of 2017 and was scheduled for a magistrate hearing in March of 2017. He was very knowledgeable and comfortable with the courthouse and its employees. I was truly blessed to have had everything work out in my favor so that Mr. Chesley could me in Court to defend me.

He was so wonderful I hired him for another case where he came through for me again.

David was such a great help towards my case. Very professional and an excellent communicator. My ex made a series of domestic violence allegations to try to mess with my record. I was told what to expect and kept informed of the progress at every step in the process. My felony conviction was dismissed and others were reduced.
