Mariana was super thorough in explaining to me the next steps in my case. Miguel would also call me to check in on me and keep me informed. These situations are super stressful, dealing with a car repair, a car rental, personal injury, doctors, physical therapy, etc. Having this team in your corner making sure the insurance company isn't cheating you out of what is owed is the best decision you can make!
