When I found Custodio & Dubey LLP I had no idea who they were, no references and I was uncertain of what I should do since I had never been hit by a car before. Now that my case has closed and I look back at my experience working with them, the best way I could describe it is they treated me like family. I called and they sent Daniel to me the same day. He was kind, understanding, and reassured me that everything would be okay. Rosa was my main point of contact from then on and she was AMAZING! I never had a single issue contacting her, or getting the medical treatment I desperately needed. She made sure any questions or concerns I had were handled immediately. I was referred to Custodio & Dubey when I was rear ended back in a August. Daniel was the person that helped me out with my case. He walked me through what the process would be like and explained thing clearly for me. He set me up with a pain management doctor and some therapy for my injuries. As well as getting my car fixed. These things can be a lengthy process but Daniel was always updating me on the status on my case. I ended up getting my settlement check and my car fixed like new. I wasn't sure who to call when I got into a car accident so I found Custodio & Dubey LLP on google. They listened to my situation and helped me out. I wouldn't suggest working directly with the insurance company until you know your options. Custodio & Dubey fought for me beyond what my insurance company offered. This firm is very knowledgeable in what they do.
