Mr. Kichaven mediated a nasty employment class action that I was counsel in about three years ago. Defense counsel took some absolutist positions throughout litigation, but we somehow agreed to mediation. Mr. Kichaven was able to break through the log jam and we resolved the case for a very nice sum. He was patient and determined. I was very satisfied with him.
