My case was a complicated whistleblower case that involved a nuclear safety concern and discrimination and retaliation. As we were facing a very large, international organization with deep resources, clearly we were at the disadvantage. Jody wasn't involved with my case, but was brought in after my case had started. She quickly immersed herself, and took on the task of preparing complex a complex rebuttal to a motion to dismiss. In fact this rebuttal is now used amongst the Legal Community as the model for the proper method to prepare an Energy Reorganization Act Claim. When Jody joined my case, she quickly come up to speed regarding the specifics and the complexities of dealing with the Energy Reorganization Act. Additionally, Jody was amazing in her communication with me throughout the entire process. Through some of the darkest hours of my case, Jody spent countless hours communicating by phone with me ensuring that I had a complete understanding the status of my case, the direction it was heading and ultimately our case was strong and valid.
