Where do I start!!! If I could give Neama 5 million stars, trust me I would. From the moment I contacted his firm and asked for their help with my car accident, Neama had his attention glued to my case and showed me time after time how important I was as a client to him and the rest of his colleges. I spoke with one of the staff members today her name I believe was Sheyda who was in charge of Small Claims. She was really nice and really helped me understand what was going on with my case and how the attorneys were going to proceed. She explained to me that she was going to file in small claims and then was going to send me a small claims packet and send a notice to third party to let them know the defendant has been served. I got a zero offer for my bodily injury because of my low property damage and she let me know that most the time the insurance carriers settle the case before the court hearing. I trust her and the attorneys. I haven't filed in small claims before and she was extremely respectful and patient in explaining the process over to me. I can't wait to see the results of my case and finally get this thing settled. Thank you WCTL for cooperating with me and guiding me every step of the way!
