What an incredible law firm with talented lawyers. Very knowledgeable and courteous, whenever I spoke to my case manager or attorney. They went above and beyond for me and got me the settlement I deserved. I strongly recommend WCTL to anyone that wants to win!!!

I wasn't sure what to do at first after my accident and I checked with a few law firms, but I liked West Coast Trial Lawyers the best. They were great!

I am not a client of theirs, but after a journey of 6 other phone calls, an hour of time spent trying to get my case evaluated, and 3 phone redirects from some 3rd party lawyer site, one man by the first name of Michael at this firm finally gave me some much needed concise advice to take my case through government agency instead of private lawyers given the quick criteria describing my case. This was immensely helpful and I appreciate his time for saving me the hassle of "lawyer hopping" as I call it. Thank you so much, empathetic, understanding, and actually helpful firm.

These guys here we’re great with communication and very detailed they keep in contact and all your questions are answered lol even the repetitive questions… but people please research your own case cause these lawyers and doctors are in cahoots for billing purposes, lawyers send you to their dr and once your settlements approved they take your money if California only gives &30,000 for car accidents and the dr charges you $10,000 for medical bills that the attorney makes you attend then the 33% for the lawyers cause they claim it’s usually more than one lawyer who works your case, the Dr has to agree your injured and the lawyer gets your claim approved for the medical report for the insurance to Financially compensate you. Also if you’d rather go to your own dr you most likely can cause the insurance dr will put a Lien on your settlement for payment Do update upon checking my case was a little more complicated and due to a bad previous attorney, these guys did their best with at least getting me something back so for this im grateful and now understand the way a injury claim works with someone who only has liability insurance.

I was scared of how inconvenienced I would be after my car accident. I thought about the medical bills and not having a car. Luckily the West Coast team was able to get me a temporary rental car and their team made sure my medical bills were paid by the at fault driver's insurance. My stress was quickly put at ease thanks to them. After almost a year of their hard work, got a nice check for my accident. I know it might sound like a long time, but from what I understand, this is just how these things go. I am a patient person and I knew they were actively working on my case so it didn't bother me. My experience with with West Coast Trial Lawyers has been nothing short of amazing. They were professional, cognizant of time, thoughtful, kind and considerate of my needs. Many of the staff stood out to me. First was Karen who has transitioned to another job. She was so patient, making sure my case was moving forward in a timely manner while also connecting with me, making sure that all of my doctors appointments were set up and connecting me with the lawyer directly if I needed to understand some logistics. After she left, I was sad but happy to work with Karin who stepped in, made sure to review my entire case and gave me the same A+ treatment. Kas was a lawyer who demonstrated seasoned and acquired knowledge. He was personable and honest, explaining all of my options as well as possible outcomes. Once the case was coming to a close, The star of the show, Mike Mirimanian, stepped in and was the perfect bow to the present I was already gifted with in this company experience. He was concise, persistent and took his business to another level! He truly went above and beyond to ensure that not only was I taken care of but heard. When the other party wasn’t willing to settle for the best amount, Mike was determined for that to change and gave me live updates on those changes. It was very clear that he was taking time to solve this problem in getting proper justice for me, knowing his pay would not change. At the end, he was able to get the maximum amount. Just wow! After everything was settled, I felt properly compensated for my car accident, I knew I had a trusted company I could return to and I am confident that I can always return to educated, personable lawyers to fight my case. This review is a huge shoutout to Rob Hernandez, the intake director for West Coast Trial Lawyers. On August 24, 2022, I called seeking legal help with an auto accident. Rob took the time and effort to hear about my case. Because my accident did not involve a personal injury, they could not take my case. But instead of hanging up on me as soon as it was determined they could not take my case, Rob still treated me like an actual client and spent a good deal of time explaining the small claims process. He answered many questions and concerns. He was so thorough and patient. He went above and beyond. If Rob is the window to the practice and represents the spirit and integrity of the practice, then I know who I'd want representing me in the future.
