Last year my mother (who is wheelchair bound) suffered a horrible spill which resulted in her breaking her wrist and needing multiple stitches on her forehead. She was going down a wheelchair ramp, which was unnecessarily steep, and lost control and fell out of her chair. It became clear very quickly that our insurance company was NOT going to cover all expenses (they literally made me justify calling an ambulance versus driving my mom to the closest hospital). Not wanting my mother to go into debt over medical bills I reached out to West Coast Trial Lawyers, initially just to help me deal with our insurance company.
