They work hard, the person who hit me while driving Uber eats with no license embellished a story and Uber is not taking responsibility. I hope I get switched to the Suge Knight of lawyers because Ubers lawyers refuse to accept the liability.

When accidents happen you hope you can trust a firm that will not TANK YOUR CASE.
I retained this law firm, who took on my case from an attorney who treated me like a number and/or Farm my case. My disappointment is that i had the wrong attorney representing me from his staff to his empty promises. I was treated with respect and even when i wish for it to go to trial. I was advised of the consequences and expenses. I was understanding of the outcome. I would differently choose WCTL as my first call first choice.

I was rear-ended on my way to pick up my daughter from daycare and the other driver tried to blame me in the police report, saying I "brake checked" him even though I was stopped at a light. My lawyer Kasra was able to show that I wasn't at fault and took care of my medical costs for neck pain and disc herniation. Many thanks to "Kas" and the West Coast team.
