Consulted with a few attorneys to handle my DV case. Christopher was the 3rd attorney I talked with and I knew right away he is the one to represent me. He was very professional and carried himself with confidence. Very knowledgeable and experienced with handling DV cases. Also was sensitive to what I was going through and I felt he cared. Walked me through the process and what to expect. I did everything he asked for and in the end the court dropped my case. The court system can be very tricky and hard to navigate. Having good counsel on your side is important to make it out alive. Very happy he represented me. Highly recommended.

Filled with anguish, my 85-year old mother and I sat in court overcome with hopelessness and helplessness. The month prior, I plead guilty to a heinous, violent crime that I didn’t commit. Up to that day, I had been defended by the same Public Defender. Christopher is an excellent attorney. He is very professional and compassionate. Christopher represented my brother who is disabled and suffers from severe mental health issues and substance abuse problems. My brother was facing an arson charge (which was a felony "strike" carrying lifetime arsonist registration.) This was due to an incident that happened when my brother was experiencing a mental health crisis. Christopher engaged with family members to obtain information about my brother’s mental health history, requested medical records, and requested for my brother to receive a mental health assessment in order to gather the information needed to better represent my brother. Thanks to Christopher’s work, the judge took into consideration my brother’s mental health problems. Christopher was able to get the felony “Strike” dismissed. Instead, my brother agreed to a non-strike felony on the condition that he completes the ODR program. Upon the completion of the program, the felony charge can be reduced to a misdemeanor. Christopher advocated for my brother to be referred to a program in which he will have the opportunity to rehabilitate, receive mental health and housing services. My brother was fortunate to have Christopher as his attorney and our family is very thankful to him. Christopher is an excellent attorney because he genuinely cares about helping those in need.

My criminal case started with a bail set at 1.2 million dollars and as a third strike case. One year later when it was all said and done my bail had been reduced to a 110,000 and my criminal court case had been reduced to a misdemeanor battery. My attorney was very diligent in explaining the nature of my charges and the nature of my deffense. Christopher Jude Bou Saeed is dedicated and very professional attorney. My son was charged with a felony and a strike. My son Nick had just turned 18 and made a few foolish choices. Choices that were not felony worthy. Chris took the time to know my son's background and every detail of his case. He was always great at replying to my questions and concerns.
