And let's talk about Crystal B. - she's a clown, bless her heart. Her investigative tactics are so laughable, they belong in a sitcom. It's high time she traded in her incompetence for a more suitable career. Speaking of jokes, how funny is it that just a few months ago their rating was in the gutter, and now it's magically soaring? I'm pretty sure those positive reviews are faker than a two-dollar bill!"

I don't know who are these fake people posting 5 star reviews but I have been calling their number for two days now and no one answers the phones and I am placed on hold for hours. All these reviews are fake placed by staff !

I am not sure how SmartLaw got all these positive reviews. They do not answer! Two time I was 'on hold' for 30 min. I just gave up.
