I have Medical Marlpractice case for my daughter's GBS maningitice , she is 5 years old. i already met 3 different lawyer, my last lawyer said we cannot win case to Hospital because they made medical record without ploblem( my daughter had meningitice symtoms, we talked to the hospital about it and the pediatrician consulted and was just discharged my daughter ), and we can win case to obstetrician but he siphone off all his property. last lawyer said this is unusual case. defendants they are run a way with sin. it's so unfair. i feel so sorry for my daughter who is disabled. please help us. my email : jaxkiss@hotmail.com.

Take care when getting involved in the US legal system. It's not based on evidence or justice instead it's all about money and greed. What is worse is lawyers are controlled by more lawyers and overseen by their own. Similar to the broken "Don't let the fox guard the hen house" concept we have a group which is more like a gang. What has the world come to?

Los Angeles County Bar Association Processed A Fake/False Restraining Order! Around Mid-October of 2017, I received a knock on my door from the Los Angeles County Sheriff and I had No Idea what they wanted since it was kind of early in the morning and I have No Crime Record Up To This Date! When I was handed the documents, I was shocked to learn that it was a Fake/False Restraining Order that was filed by an enemy of mine named Dasler Jimenez whom I have Not Been In Contact With for well over (10) Years. I do Not even know anything about him anymore and don't personally care and furthermore, Dasler Jimenez had recently contacted me through Facebook because I made a posting about his home country Venezuela and when he contacted ME, I honestly did Not even know who it was at first. Please Note: For Your Information, this individual happens to be a Very Crazy Person as you can see who has Nothing Else Better To Do With His Time! The reason of Why I am writing a Bad Review about the Los Angeles County Bar Association - Domestic Violence Project is because they allowed this Mentally Disturbed Individual To File A False/Fake Restraining Order against ME that does Not Contain Any Violence whatsoever and Dasler Jimenez used this agency to fill out the necessary documents for him and sadly the Los Angeles County Bar Association - Domestic Violence Project NEVER bothered to verify, nor confirm that this was a Legitimate Restraining Order (in which Violence is supposed to be Present) in order to file and/or be considered for one. Thankfully the Fake Restraining Order Case was Dismissed back on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in which the Court's Time was Wasted, including My Time and of course the Wasted Money and Time that the Los Angeles County Bar Association - Domestic Violence Project took in order to fill out the paperwork for Dasler Jimenez's Fake Restraining Order to get processed. I am Not Happy with what the Los Angeles County Bar Association - Domestic Violence Project did for Dasler Jimenez against ME back on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 and I personally have Very Mixed Emotions on How Reputable, Nor Legitimate they actually are! Enclosed in the attachments, please find the following documents for your review and further reference 1st Page: Court Hearing, 2nd Page: Court Minutes (Proof That The Case Was Dismissed), 3rd, 4th & Fifth Page: Detailed Response Filed By Howard Paul Shore (ME), 6th Page: False Declaration Filed By Dasler Jimenez and 7th Page: False Police Report Filed By Dasler Jimenez. I most likely would Not Recommend going to the Los Angeles County Bar Association - Domestic Violence Project for any help especially pertaining to Restraining Orders! Yuck! Thank you. I have been attempting to contact this law firm over the past week. The person who answers the phone is very unprofessional and unconcerned. I was attempting to give this black lawfirm my business. Well as always...I thinl im going to find MrGoldstein instead. Maybe their not a REAL firm at all. SAD!
