I was in need of assistance but did not quite know what I needed, I was referred to give a call to the LA Bar Association. Upon calling I was transferred to Sofia, not exactly sure of what I needed Sofia calmly asked me what happened? I explained what my situation was and Sofia listened carefully and provided me two phone numbers to call. I know this sounds like what is suppose to happen but I have often had people who just hung up the phone or made me feel unvalued when trying to explain my situation. I am so pleased that Sofia answered the phone and actually cares about people on the other line, she is kind and thoughtful, calling into a lawyers office for assistance is nerve racking and Sofia takes the time to make sure she listen's to the callers concerns and offers them options that may help them. Thank you Sofia for providing outstanding customer service, you are valued and appreciated. Please continue to be an asset to your company.

I contacted the phone number provided to get information on a situation that every decent person does not want to happen to her son or nephew or grandson.
