If you are in need of an attorney who will help you through a difficult time, then Keith Moten is the person to call on. My mother passed a few years ago and shortly there after I found myself in midst of probate hearings. I did not know what to do or who to call but was referred to Keith by a co-worker. During our initial meeting, Keith assured me that he would provide great counsel and walk with myself and my siblings through this process and he did just that. After almost 2 years our case was resolved and both my siblings and myself are happy with the settlement. I am certain if I found myself in a similar situation again, I would definitely know who to call!

I hired Mr. Moten on a trust matter, and he was great. He was always responsive, kept me in the loop in terms of what was going on in the case, always returned my calls. But ultimately, he did what I hired him for--got my brother, the executor of the trust, to give me the money he owed me after eight years! I'd highly recommend Mr. Moten to anyone facing any problem with wills or trust. If I hadn't hired him, I would have never gotten my inheritance. Thank God!
