Had an amazing experience with my asylum case at Arnaout Immigration Law. The legal and paralegal team was highly supportive and successfully handled my case. They are with you every step of the way in an otherwise difficult experience. Highly recommend!

Ms. Eman has a license to steal people, she is the BIGGEST THIEF. After explaining to her our situation which was very simple. The embassy requested additional evidence for proof of domicile, as we were put under administrative processing. She told us she will do her "best" to get him out of administrative processing if that didn't work she could contact the NVC and all that was a lie. Eman told us we could "Re apply" through the NVC if the embassy didn't get back to us, which is another lie, this didn't even apply to our simple case. She then told us the whole process would take 6-9months but she could “expedite” it with no additional fee. She actually did the complete opposite, she threw our case to the side once she received the money and she could care less. Eman the thief kept telling us she is "trying to save us the fees of reapplying". And she told us that the whole process is ALL INCLUSIVE for $2500. We were fooled and unfortunately hired her. And ever since we hired her the lies began to happen. I was always the one following up with my case, she would always blame the embassy and the nvc that "someone is not doing their job" but in reality Eman and her team were the ones not doing her job. Later when Eman provided the embassy with proof of domicile they later replied to her "they are not convinced with the evidence and they requested updated evidence to be sent". Eman did not inform us about this email until 3 months later! Which is when I had to call her assistant and they had to search for the email and finally sent it to me. Otherwise my case would have been closed. In addition with this email she told us that we have 2 options: we either begin a litigation process which she does not do in house or we contact the congressman to deal with it, which both options don't APPLY TO US AT ALL. All what the embassy asked for was updated evidence of domicile and she failed to do her job. She told us she will handle our case from beginning to end, but all that was a lie.The money we paid that was wasted to a horrible attorney is not what I was worried about , the fact that she sabotaged my case and could have separated me away from my husband forever is what made me worried. I Learned something about eman, her job is to grab a client with her manipulative talk and steal peoples money and ruin their case. She does not deal with the case; it is only the assistants which are also liars. As a single mother raising my daughter without my husband it was a great challenge, and we came to Arnaout law firm for hope, but all she did was fool us that we are running out of time and our case is “closed”, so that she could steal the $2,500. Please don't fall for her professional talk and convincing words, you will find out it is all a lie. If I could rate her a negative star I would have. By the way She has deleted all other bad reviews from other clients on yelp, BE AWARE!
